Founded in 2008 by brothers Prashant and Kunal, Herbal Fab was created to support a more responsible approach to fabric sourcing and garment production, without compromising craftsmanship or quality.
With roots connected to the textile trade, the brothers began exploring organic fabrics and lower-impact production, while also working closely with mills and suppliers transitioning towards GOTS-certified manufacturing.
Today, Herbal Fab brings together sustainable fabric sourcing, development, sampling, and garment production under one roof, continuing to build more responsible and transparent ways of working across the supply chain.

Built on long-term relationships and close collaboration, Herbal Fab takes a hands-on approach to sourcing and production, supporting brands through a more direct and transparent way of working.
Close relationships across mills, dye houses, suppliers, and the in-house production team allow for greater visibility throughout the entire process, with clear communication and close collaboration at every stage.
By bringing sustainable fabric sourcing and garment manufacturing together under one roof, Herbal Fab supports both emerging and established global fashion brands with lower MOQs, scalable production, and a more seamless path from sourcing through to finished garments.

CO-FOUNDER
Kunal has played a central role in shaping Herbal Fab’s growth, helping build the business into a trusted sourcing and production partner for fashion brands around the world.
Deeply involved across day-to-day operations, supplier relationships, and client development, he is known for his hands-on approach, strong communication, and genuine commitment to supporting brands at every stage of growth.
CO-FOUNDER
Aniket oversees Herbal Fab’s garment factory, driving the continued expansion of its manufacturing capabilities and production operations across the business.
With a strong focus on quality and communication, he works closely with brands throughout the process to support a smooth and reliable experience from development through to finished garments.
